Sales Manager (industrial sales)
Key requirments:
- University degree preferably in Marketing or Engineering discipline
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in sales activities of B2C, B2B channels in similar role of Industrial sales
- Driver license, B category
Main tasks and responsibilities
- Building and developing relationships with existing customers, active search for new customers
- Sales development of products and company services in the reporting industries.
- Ensuring achieving the yearly goals in sales, revenue and profit and other objectives agreed with the Country and Commercial Manager
- Ensure continuous performance improvement in your area of responsibility
- Continuous monitoring of sales result and taking appropriate corrective actions if necessary
- Constant market share increases through strengthened of presence and competence development, regular market share follow-up and take corrective actions where needed
- Ensuring solid relationships with end customers within direct and indirect sales channels
- Recognizing, understanding and creating of customer needs in the local market as well as following up on competitor’s activities
- Achieving customer satisfaction by offering and implementing the most effective solutions
- Interact with other departments in a constructive, productive and unselfish way that supports the development of synergies and the consolidated result of the Company
- Support and promote the Company’s Core Values
- Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP software knowledge and using
- 50% of job time should be spend in business trips
