Sales Manager (industrial sales)

Key requirments:

  • University degree preferably in Marketing or Engineering discipline
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in sales activities of B2C, B2B channels in similar role of Industrial sales
  • Driver license, B category


Main tasks and responsibilities

  • Building and developing relationships with existing customers, active search for new customers
  • Sales development of products and company services in the reporting industries.
  • Ensuring achieving the yearly goals in sales, revenue and profit and other objectives agreed with the Country and Commercial Manager
  • Ensure continuous performance improvement in your area of responsibility
  • Continuous monitoring of sales result and taking appropriate corrective actions if necessary
  • Constant market share increases through strengthened of presence and competence development, regular market share follow-up and take corrective actions where needed
  • Ensuring solid relationships with end customers within direct and indirect sales channels
  • Recognizing, understanding and creating of customer needs in the local market as well as following up on competitor’s activities
  • Achieving customer satisfaction by offering and implementing the most effective solutions
  • Interact with other departments in a constructive, productive and unselfish way that supports the development of synergies and the consolidated result of the Company
  • Support and promote the Company’s Core Values
  • Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP software knowledge and using
  • 50% of job time should be spend in business trips
